The Housing First model aims to increase housing capacity in order to fight homelessness. This model removes typical financial risks from the owner as the they are passed on to the Y-Foundation. Moreover, the actual renting activities are carefree and the owner becomes a part of the solution for homelessness. In exchange, the owner commits to a reasonably priced rent.
