As a member of the Finnish Landlords Association, you receive the first two months free on a new landlord insurance policy and the first month free on life insurance*. These benefits are available to individual members who own their investment properties privately. You can easily purchase the insurance via If’s online store.
LähiTapiola landlord insurance
Use your benefit and insure your investment property. As a member of the Finnish Landlord Association, you get 10% off of LocalTapiola’s landlord insurance (‘Huoneistoturvavakuutus’). This benefit is available for individual members.
Pohjola Vakuutus – Lessor’s insurance
Take out a landlord insurance (called Lessor’s insurance at Pohjola Vakuutus) and benefit from a reduced deductible.
Dun & Bradstreet – credit check
Easily run a credit check for a prospective tenant at the Dun & Bradstreet online service, with a special members only price of €9/person (standard price €16.90). This benefit is available for both individual and corporate members.
KTI Laskutus – Debt collection service for members
As a member of the Finnish Landlord Association, you can easily assign any unpaid rents to KTI Laskutus Oy for a members only price. This benefit is available for individual members.
Docue – e-signatures and agreement templates
Members of the Finnish Landlord Association get five e-signatures per year free of charge (standard price €11.80 / 5 signatures). This benefit is available for both individual and corporate members.
