The Finnish Landlord Association is a nationwide advocacy and service organization for private landlords and residential property investors. Founded in 1999, the association has more than 35,000 members across Finland. We promote a well-functioning rental market and work to make renting more rewarding, safer, and easier.

Advocacy and public affairs 

We actively influence the operating conditions for rental housing and residential property investing. As a leading expert on the rental market, we provide up-to-date, research-based information and practical tools to support decision-making.

We are regularly featured in the media and bring the perspective of private landlords into public discussion and societal decision-making.

Local activities and networking 

Our activities are also strongly present at the local level. The association has 25 regional managers across Finland.

Each year, the regional managers organize numerous landlord evenings and networking events where current topics are discussed and practical experiences and tips related to renting are shared.

Who is membership for?

Members of The Finnish Landlord Association can include private landlords, residential property investors, and anyone interested in renting and residential property investing. Read more about the association’s rules.

Membership is suitable for both experienced landlords and beginner property investors. You can also become a member before owning any rental properties. Many of our members are interested in the field or planning to start investing.

As part of our community, you can develop your expertise, build networks, and stay informed about developments and current trends in the rental market.
